Miley Cyrus criticized for smoking publish photo

Miley Cyrus is being heavily criticized for having published a photo on Instagram, which appears to smoke. After receiving much criticism on Twitter, the singer wrote only in social network: "I do not have Instagram," thus giving the impression that the image you see above is not yours. However, the image can be seen that allegedly looks the same tattoo that Miley has on her finger, which was made on behalf of the defense of equality for homosexuals.
